Broughton Primary School is a thriving primary school in the expanding village of Broughton. It is a county primary school for children aged four to 11 years. The school offers a well-balanced, varied and broad based curriculum that all targets set by the national curriculum are available to all children. The school has invested in excellent information technology facilities. The school buildings are well-maintained and reasonably spacious comprising seven classrooms, two mobile classrooms, a resources area and state-of-the-art information and communication technology suite, a small withdrawal room, cookery room, hall and staff room. There is a computer in each classroom and a computer suite. The school aims to provide a happy, caring and safe environment in which children can build on their strengths and come to terms with their weaknesses and where everyone is valued.
