Background:
The school is proud to be the local community comprehensive school, serving a 500 square mile patch of rural Northamptonshire. The school is Specialist Language College delivering a broad curriculum to its 1150 students. It has had significant investment into IT, a new humanities block, a new drama studio and two new science laboratories. Sport is extremely strong. It is one of only three maintained schools with its own rowing club; and also has England internationals in rugby too. Music dance and drama are strong as is the DOFE and its army cadet's force.
